The "Fine Print"
A non-refundable 50% deposit on all services and travel expenses is required to confirm your appointment and secure your wedding date. Once this form is signed and submitted an invoice for the deposit will be issued to you via email. Once the 50% deposit is received, then your wedding date is secure and the agreement is valid. This contract does not secure your wedding date alone. Due to the busy schedule of the wedding day, the remaining payment must be made in full 2 weeks prior to your service date. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in a late charge of $10 per day. If the final payment is not made 3 days prior to your wedding, services will not take place and no refund will be given. Payment can me made through Venmo and no personal checks are accepted. $1.55/mile roundtrip travel fee will apply to all on-location services from the salon location. Services over 80 miles away from the salon require hotel arrangements made at the clients exspense. Any hotel, ferry, flight, uber/lyft, parking, valet or other accomodations will be at the clients expense. Please be on time to your scheduled appointment, which will be given to you in advance. There will be a set start and end time that we agree upon. For every 15 minutes late there will be a $15 late fee added to the service charge. Clients late to their scheduled appointment, forfeit the amount of time alotted for their appointment or the entirety of their appointment at their expense. Due to high demand, on-site weddings must have a minimum of $800 in day of services, this does not include travel costs, accomodations or trial costs. If you do not meet the $800 minimum, you can choose to pay the difference or the services will be held at AM BEAUTY. If a location change occurs during the time the services will take place, a minimum $100 location change fee will be charged along with additional milage costs and time fees. Cancellations of less than 30 days notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the remaining total due.
